Our Four-Step Process
- Inspection. We check mattress seams, bed frames, headboards, sofa joints, curtains, wardrobe corners and switchboards to confirm the infestation and map out where the bugs are living. Bite marks alone are not enough — skin reactions vary from person to person.
- Preparation guidance. Before the visit we tell you exactly what to declutter, wash, bag and vacuum. Preparation makes a large difference to the result, because it opens up the hiding places our technician needs to reach.
